Problem

Wage optimization for business owners is challenging in Belgium due to numerous laws and exceptions regarding wages. This complexity makes it difficult for accountants to stay current. They often rely on Excel templates, which may not be updated when laws change, potentially leading to errors and unhappy business owners. Accountants often need to contact different departments within Liantis to carry out wage optimizations.

Solution

We designed a wage calculator that makes it easy for accountants to optimize the wages of their customers—the business owners. The research department at Liantis keeps the tool up to date with all the latest changes to laws. We created a user-friendly interface that offers the flexibility of Excel while drastically reducing the possibility of errors. The tool automatically calculates optimal wages and suggests which fringe benefits to invest in and automatically sends those changes to the right department within Liantis.
