Problem

We noticed users having significant trouble getting started on their own. Without intervention from an onboarding manager, many customers didn’t begin using Cheqroom effectively. This led to high early churn rates. Users often mentioned feeling overwhelmed and not having easy access to our help content.

Solution

We designed a new empty state template for key screens. This provides users with easy access to relevant content, eliminating the need for them to search for it on their own.
