Problem

In Cheqroom, managing large quantities of low-value items is both cumbersome and costly. This has led to users avoiding adding these items to Cheqroom, preventing them from tracking such equipment through the system. As a result, some users have resorted to implementing parallel systems to manage these items.

Solution

In addition to individual items with unique tracking codes, we introduced a second type: Bulk items. These items share a tracking code within each bulk group. For example, an expensive camera is an individual item with a unique tracking code, while the cheaper batteries for that camera are a bulk item with a shared tracking code.
